2. About the platform
PelletDesk is a B2B directory and intelligence platform for the global biomass pellet trade, operated by BrightLane Solutions Pvt. Ltd. ("we", "us", "PelletDesk"), registered in India with principal office at Jhunjhunu, Rajasthan, India.
3. User accounts
To list a company or post trade leads, you must register an account. You are responsible for:
— Providing accurate and truthful information during registration
— Keeping your login credentials confidential
— All activity conducted through your account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information, violate these terms, or misuse the platform.
4. Company listings and profile data
By submitting a company profile, you confirm that:
— You are authorised to represent the company
— All information provided is accurate and not misleading
— You will keep your profile updated
— Your listing does not infringe any third party's rights
PelletDesk reviews all listings before they are made public. We reserve the right to reject, edit, or remove any listing at our discretion, including listings that contain inaccurate data, make unverifiable claims, or violate these terms.
5. Trade leads
Trade leads (buy RFQs and sell offers) posted on PelletDesk are subject to the following:
— Leads must represent genuine buying or selling intent
— You must have authority to enter the transaction described
— Leads may not be used for spam, solicitation unrelated to biomass pellets, or any illegal purpose
— PelletDesk does not facilitate, guarantee, or participate in transactions arising from trade leads
— PelletDesk is not liable for any failure to complete a transaction
Leads automatically expire after 30 days and must be renewed if still active.
6. Price data
The price data published on PelletDesk is compiled from market sources and is intended as a general reference. It is not financial advice, investment advice, or a guarantee of prices available in the market. PelletDesk makes no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of price data. Users should conduct their own due diligence before making purchasing or selling decisions based on any data from this platform.
7. Intellectual property
All content created by PelletDesk — including written guides, market intelligence reports, platform design, code, and data structures — is the intellectual property of BrightLane Solutions Pvt. Ltd. and may not be reproduced, scraped, or distributed without written permission.
Company profiles and trade leads submitted by users remain the intellectual property of the submitting user. By submitting content to PelletDesk, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, index, and distribute that content as part of operating the platform.
8. Prohibited uses
You may not use PelletDesk to:
— Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information
— Impersonate any company or individual
— Harvest contact data for unsolicited marketing
— Attempt to circumvent or reverse-engineer the platform
— Engage in any activity that violates applicable Indian or international law
— Use automated tools to scrape or mass-download data without our written permission
9. Paid plans
Verified and Premium plans are subject to the following:
— Payment is currently processed via bank transfer or UPI; Razorpay integration is forthcoming
— Plans are billed annually
— We offer a 30-day refund if you are not satisfied
— PelletDesk reserves the right to change pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers
— Downgrading or cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
PelletDesk is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:
— Uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform
— That any trade lead will result in a completed transaction
— The accuracy of user-submitted profile data
— The financial or legal standing of any listed company
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BrightLane Solutions Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Rajasthan, India.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will update the "last updated" date at the top of this page.
