This is the core function of the platform — making your company discoverable. You may request removal or editing of your profile at any time by contacting us.
5. Cookies
PelletDesk uses minimal cookies. We use a session cookie to keep you logged in while you use the platform. This cookie is deleted when you close your browser. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics scripts that track you across other websites.
6. Data retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you request deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days. Company profile data may remain in search engine caches for a period after deletion — this is outside our control. Newsletter subscription records are retained until you unsubscribe.
